How fast do you respond?
Usually within 24 hours. Build and print quotes are typically turned around within 24–48 hours of your request.
What if something arrives broken or isn't right?
PC builds are covered for dead-on-arrival or defective components with a free repair, replacement, or full refund within 30 days. Prints that don't match spec get a free reprint or refund, your choice. Full details are in our refund policy.
Is my data actually private?
Storage, photo backup, and AI services run on hardware we own and control in Dallas, TX — not a third-party cloud. Nothing is sold, scanned, or shared.
Do you ship nationwide?
