These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Battleship Enterprises website and services, including our 3D print shop, custom PC builder, self-hosted cloud storage, and game server hosting (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We support optional two-factor authentication, and we encourage you to enable it.

Quotes generated through our configurators are estimates based on the specifications you provide and current component/material pricing. Final pricing is confirmed before payment is collected.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total order amount. Orders are generally confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or component unavailability — in which case any payment collected will be refunded.
Physical products (3D prints, PC builds) are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided at the time of quote or order and are estimates, not guarantees — actual timelines can vary based on order complexity, materials, and carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

The Battleship Enterprises name, logo, website design, and content are our property or that of our licensors. Files, designs, or specifications you upload or provide remain your property; by submitting them, you grant us a limited license to use them solely to fulfill your order.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Battleship Enterprises will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the order or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a Service, with notice where reasonably practicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Battleship Enterprises operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
